Girasmoke submits the following contractual conditions to the customer in order to protect the customer himself in the act of purchase and in the subsequent phases, at the same time Girasmoke wants to protect itself from any form of fraud that may be acted against it or third parties. The spirit of these conditions is aimed at protecting the customer and the seller, as an act of extreme transparency and trust between the parties. All sales are final without exception. The taste of an aroma or a liquid is subjective, therefore liquids that have been opened and / or used cannot be replaced or returned. We do not accept returns except as expressly stated in the paragraph "right of withdrawal"


 "On-line" sales contract means the distance contract, ie the legal transaction concerning movable property and / or services stipulated between a supplier and a consumer and / or customer within a distance selling system using exclusively distance communication called "internet".

The contract stipulated between Girasmoke and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Girasmoke. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to accept the general and payment conditions in full. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded.


Delivery costs, if present, are charged to the Customer and are clearly stated when the order is placed. Nothing is more due by the customer than the total order. In the event that the shipment should end up in storage for any reason, the customer will have to repay the shipment directly to the courier upon delivery or alternatively he can pick up the package free of charge in the courier's depots. The order processing time is to be considered indicative.

No responsibility can be attributed to Girasmoke in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier / postman, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or strapping). If you accept a tampered package there is no possibility to make a claim.

Girasmoke carries out shipments to the Customer with selected express couriers and the goods travel in free port with the costs and risks of transport fully paid by the Customer. These expenses and other charges related to the transport and / or shipment of the products are counted and detailed in the order confirmation and the purchase invoice.

In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in storage at the courier / post office warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer, the order will be returned to Girasmoke and to the the customer will be reimbursed the amount paid except for shipping costs and other incidental expenses incurred.

In no case can the ordered goods be refused at the time of delivery, this circumstance will not be considered the application of the right of return, but contractual non-compliance.


If the customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a VAT reference), he is entitled to withdraw from the contract of purchase for any reason, without need to provide explanations and without penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, must send a written communication stating that he wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, this communication must be sent by registered letter with return receipt to: Via Giuseppe di Vittorio, 50 - Giugliano in Campania. Girasmoke will also proceed, within 30 days from the return of the goods, to the re-credit of the amount after verifying the integrity of the goods and holding only the amount of the shipping costs. The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging), kept and possibly used in the normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt. The returned product must be available for re-sale. Furthermore the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Bottles with the guarantee seal not intact or open

- Partially used products

- Products damaged due to carelessness by the customer.


All our products are guaranteed for one year (unless otherwise indicated) and must be shipped ex-warehouse.

The atomizers (or the resistors for regenerable atomizers) have a life cycle (consumable and perishable objects) of about 15 days and once used they do not have a guarantee for hygienic sanitary reasons.

The warranty does not apply if the defect or damage was caused by a use that does not comply with and / or is contrary to the instructions for use, eg. opening of the appliance, defects or damage caused by liquid infiltration, falling, breakage, etc.

If the product is no longer available in stock, it will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Instead, the replacement will take place within 10 days from the date of return of the goods and the costs of return to the customer are free.

We do not accept cash on delivery parcels, parcels in assigned port or goods without original packaging.

Damages caused by misuse of the product or products where the warranty seal has been tampered with or removed are not guaranteed.
